Yes we are an air-conditioned venue, which makes us the perfect choice for those hot summer events! 

Our split systems also have a heater function - so we have you covered the whole year round!

Yes. We will be happy to show you through the Space, please send us an email to arrange. Alternatively we do host Open Viewings which will be advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

The Space has two dedicated parking bays directly outside the warehouse, multiple visitor bays at the entrance of the complex and plenty of free off street parking outside the complex.

Please be mindful of parking in other warehouses dedicated parking bays, blocking the gates at the back of the complex, and parking on the front lawn. 

Yes. Every hire will be subject to a bond payment. This is to protect the venue in the event any damage occurs. This varies depending on the type of event you are hosting in the space. We will let you know at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that you leave the Space as you found it at the beginning of your hire. Cleaning items are provided. We ask that all waste is bagged up in to the bins in the venue at the end of your event.

Compulsory cleaning fees are in place for all Friday, Saturday & Sunday night bookings.

We have a Kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities.

We also have a wheelchair accessible toilet and washroom in the warehouse. There is also a Bluetooth party speaker available in the Space.

We have lots of hire items available including tables, chairs, bars, luxury backdrops and party hire items. These can all be found on the 'Hire Items" tab on the website. Just let us know at the time of booking what you require. If we don't have the items that you want, we work with some of the best hire companies and vendors in Perth who will be able to bring your visions to life!

Yes. For all bookings Friday to Sunday we have allocated time at either side of the event (in the hire slot) for bump in and out of the venue. 

Please be mindful at the end of your booking that it finishes promptly so that it does not affect any following bookings.

For weekday hires or pay per hour please utilise the time that you have booked to include bump in/out and cleaning the space.

Absolutely, yes. If you would like to hire the venue for any times that are not specified please send us a message so that we can quote you accordingly. Please be sure to include as many details as possible in the booking request.   

If you’d like to hire the space for additional time over the set booking times, please send us a message. If there is no other bookings on your selected date we will be more than happy to help.

Unfortunately not. We have made the decision to not host 18th Birthday Parties, School Leavers or Bucks Parties at the Space.

You are more than welcome to bring most items into the space as long as they do not cause damage to our walls, floors or furniture.

Decorations, props, backdrops, photography equipment, external catering, soft play and bouncy castles are all permitted as long as all of the vendors all have their own public liability insurance. Food trucks are welcome to park outside of the roller door.

Alcohol is permitted in the Space as long as anyone drinking is over the age of 18. To sell alcohol at the space you will be required to obtain your own liquor licence.

If you have any specific requests please send us an email or mention at the time of booking. 

Yes. We do offer lots of furniture and hire items such as shimmer walls, backdrops, tables and chairs, glassware and party lights, you can find these in our ‘Hire Items’.  We also offer full styling options including balloon garland and florals.
